How can we establish an account with Integra?
Please email us at info@integraequipment.com or call customer service at 888-828-7729 and an account manager will call you back to set up an account.
How often does Integra make deliveries?
We make deliveries 24-hours a day, every day of the year ... even on holidays.
How can I place an order?
You may place your order either via email at customerservice@integraequipment.com or by calling customer service at 888-828-7729.
When you make your request, please provide the following information:
1. Location of delivery (facility or patient's address).
2. The specific item(s) to be delivered.
3. The room number or specific location where you'd like us to set-up or leave the equipment or supplies.

How do I request to have a piece of equipment picked up?
You may place your request via email at customerservice@integraequipment.com or by calling customer service at 888-828-7729, and we'll arrange for a pick-up.
If I don't see an item I am looking for on Integra's website does that mean you do not carry it?
If you don't see a product or supply item you need, we still might carry it. Please call customer service at 888-828-7729 and we'll help you find what you're looking for. If we don't carry an item you want we'll likely be able to get it for you.
What kind of wound pump does Integra provide?
We offer the Medela Invia Liberty.
Can I get education or in-services for my clinicians and staff?
Yes. We provide in-service training on all our equipment. We also provide CEU hours by our Respiratory Therapist for a nominal fee. Please contact your account manager if you'd like to make arrangements.
How do I obtain a copy of my invoice(s)?
Please call customer service at 888-828-7729 or email your request to our billing department at billing@integraequipment.com.
How can I find out what equipment I'm currently renting from Integra?
Every Wednesday an active rental report is emailed to our customers. The report will show you the patient’s name, what is currently being rented for them, the delivery date, and the daily rental rate. If you are not getting your report please contact your account manager and he or she can make arrangements for you.
What do I do if we lost a piece of equipment?
Please contact your account manager and he or she will be able to assist you with this matter. If you're unsure who your account manager is, please call customer service at 888-828-7729, and we can help you get in contact with them.
Does Integra sell equipment?
We do not sell equipment. The only items we sell are the disposable items that are required for usage of certain devices and equipment.
